This voucher entitles the recipient to £30 towards any treatment at MD Therapy.

This voucher may be redeemed towards any treatment or service provided at MD Therapy clinic. The value of this voucher will be deducted from the total treatment cost at the time of booking or appointment.

• Voucher must be presented at the time of appointment.

• Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• No change will be given if the treatment value is less than the voucher amount.

• Voucher may be used towards treatments of higher value, with the balance payable by the client.

• Advance booking may be required and is subject to availability.
