Marc Dinardo, founder of MD Therapy UK, has spent over 12 years helping athletes, weekend warriors, and everyday individuals recover from injury, rebuild their strength, and return to the activities they love most.
Marc’s approach is different from many therapists. By combining sports therapy, osteopathic principles, and performance coaching, he focuses not only on treating symptoms but on uncovering the root causes behind them. Whether it’s years of wear and tear, a sudden injury, or a general feeling of stiffness and fatigue, Marc works with each client to reset, recover, and come back stronger.
