Private Gym Pass Plus

Private gym access with support for your workout programme.

Gym Pass Plus is designed for clients who want the privacy and flexibility of our studio gym, but also want structure and guidance with their training.

This is ideal if you do not want to train completely on your own, or if you want help knowing what to do, how to progress, and how to train safely around your goals.

You get private gym access plus support with your workout programme.

Who is Gym Pass Plus for?

Gym Pass Plus is ideal if you:

  • Want a clear workout plan to follow
  • Are returning to training after pain or injury
  • Want support with strength, mobility or conditioning
  • Need structure rather than guessing what to do
  • Want to continue progressing after treatment
  • Prefer a quieter private gym environment
  • Want some accountability without committing to full personal training

This is a step above independent gym access, but more flexible than weekly personal training.

Best for 1 session per week.

4 × 90-minute private gym access sessions per month

Silver Gym Pass Plus — £109/month

Best for 2 sessions per week.

Includes:

8 × 90-minute private gym access sessions per month
Maximum 6 people per session
Flexible booking through our online calendar

Gold Gym Pass Plus — £139/month

Best for 3 sessions per week.

Includes:

12 × 90-minute private gym access sessions per month
Maximum 6 people per session
Flexible booking through our online calendar

Performance Gym Pass Plus — £159/month

Best for regular training and higher weekly usage.

Includes:

16 × 90-minute private gym access sessions per month
Maximum 6 people per session
Flexible booking through our online calendar

How Gym Pass Plus works

  2. Complete your payment securely online
  3. Receive your gym booking link
  4. Complete your initial training goals form
  5. Receive your supported workout programme
  6. Book your gym access sessions and follow your plan

Gym Pass vs Gym Pass Plus

Choose Gym Pass if:

  • You already know what you want to do
  • You are confident training independently
  • You only need access to the space

Choose Gym Pass Plus if:

  • You want a plan to follow
  • You want help progressing your workouts
  • You are returning from injury or pain
  • You want more accountability
  • You want support without full personal training

Key terms

All sessions must be booked in advance.
Each session lasts up to 90 minutes.
Maximum capacity is 6 people per session.
Gym Pass Plus includes programme support, but does not include 1-to-1 personal training unless stated.
Monthly memberships include the number of sessions stated in your selected plan.
Unused sessions do not automatically roll over.
Missed sessions or late cancellations may count as used sessions.
Programme support is based on the information provided by the client.
Injury assessment, hands-on treatment and personal training sessions are not included unless booked separately.
MD Therapy may refuse or withdraw access if facility rules are not followed.

Commercial coaching use

The Private Gym Pass is for independent gym access only. Personal training, coaching, group training, paid instruction or commercial use of the space is not included within standard Gym Pass access.

Approved personal trainers and coaches may use the space for client sessions subject to prior agreement, availability and payment of a coaching-use fee.

All clients attending a coached session must also hold a valid Gym Pass or paid session entry.

Coaching-use fees start from £15/hour for approved coaches and may vary depending on usage, session type and frequency.

MD Therapy reserves the right to refuse or withdraw coaching access at any time.
