Why train at MD Therapy?
The Summer Performance Workouts have been created by Marc Dinardo, founder of MD Therapy, drawing on over a decade of experience in personal training, sports therapy, injury rehabilitation and athlete performance.
Marc has worked with gym-goers, runners, rugby players, footballers and competitive athletes to help them move better, recover properly and perform with more confidence.
His experience includes pitch-side and return-to-play support in team sport, hands-on injury assessment and treatment, and structured strength and conditioning coaching for clients who want to train harder without constantly breaking down.
This timetable brings that experience into a small group setting.
Rather than delivering random circuits, the programme combines strength, stamina, mobility and recovery so you can build a body that performs better — not just one that sweats through a workout.
At MD Therapy, the goal is simple: help you train with purpose, understand your body better, and feel fitter, stronger and more capable this summer.
Fitness level and experience
The workouts are open to all fitness levels, but they are designed for people who are ready to train.
You do not need advanced experience, but you should be comfortable taking part in structured exercise at a moderate to high intensity.
If you are currently injured, recently had surgery, have uncontrolled medical symptoms, or are unsure whether this type of training is suitable for you, please contact us before joining.
