Our Small Group Training programme combines expert coaching, progressive strength and conditioning, and mobility-focused recovery.
Our group training programme is designed to help you build strength, move better, and stay injury-free all year round.
Each session is limited to small groups of up to 8 persons, to ensure you get personal attention and support from our coaching team while training in a motivating, team-style environment. You’ll work through structured sessions focused on mobility, stability, and performance.
Our training sessions are ideal for athletes, gym-goers, and anyone looking to stay strong and healthy through the winter months.
